Mutable Sign
Mutable is the Law of Completion and Transmission—the rhythm that digests experience and returns it to the stream. Its evolutionary mandate is to transform, translate, and release so evolution never stalls. Where Cardinal stirs will and Fixed grows roots, Mutable grows wings.
