Vishuddha Throat Chakra

Vishuddha, or the Throat Chakra, is the fifth energy center located in the throat, associated with communication, self-expression, and truth. By learning about Vishuddha, individuals can cultivate clarity in their voice, align their actions with their authentic self, and foster harmonious relationships. 10:35 Secrets of Vishuddhi Chakra - Throat Chakra Symbolism, Significance, & Sounds of Activation

Secrets of Vishuddhi Chakra - Throat Chakra Symbolism, Significance, & Sounds of Activation

191.3K views

In this series of healing chakras we have used solfeggio frequencies.
Solfeggio frequencies are considered to be the original frequencies used by the monks during their meditation chants. These frequencies penetrate deeply into the conscious and subconscious mind, managing emotional reactions that sometimes we cannot completely control.

Vishuddha is the throat chakra. Its name means “pure”. It refers to the communication with ourselves and with others of what is in us. A block of the fifth chakra can give you the inability to express your ideas, to listen to others. It can lead to creativity blocks, excessive shyness, you may even worry about being with other people. On a physical level we can run into problems with thyroid, breathing and related organs. 💙The Throat Chakra (or ‘Vishuddha’) is the fifth of 7 primary Chakras. It’s located in the throat, clearing up our ability to communicate.
.
💙This Chakra is the source of our self-expression and creativity. It governs the respiratory system and is associated with the thyroid gland, neck, mouth, jaw and ears.
.
💙When the Throat Chakra is balanced, it enables clear and authentic communication. Individuals may express their thoughts, ideas, and emotions with clarity and confidence. However, if the Throat Chakra is blocked, it can lead to difficulties in communication and self-expression. They may struggle to express their thoughts, emotions, and needs effectively.
.
💙This sound bath incorporates the singing bowl note G 385hz which is said to be the note connected to the Throat Chakra. These expressive vibrations will bring a comforting pulse throughout your body and clear out any energetic blockages that may be stuck in your throat.
.
💙This exercise can be as short or as long as you would like. In any posture or setting, eyes open or closed, simply focus your attention to your throat
.
✨The Chakra system originated in India between 1500 and 500 BC in the oldest text called the Vedas. Chakras are energy centers within the body that are believed to play a significant role in our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The word "Chakra" comes from the Sanskrit language and translates to "wheel" or "disk."
.
There are seven main Chakras that are commonly recognized, each located along the spine, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. These Chakras are believed to be connected to different aspects of our physical and emotional experiences, such as our sense of security, our ability to communicate, and our capacity for love and compassion.
.
When our chakras are in balance, energy flows freely through them, supporting our overall health and vitality. However, if a chakra becomes blocked or out of balance, it can affect our physical, emotional, and spiritual health, leading to issues such as anxiety, depression, or physical ailments.

Also known as the 5th, or Throat Chakra, the Vishuddha is the centre that governs our speech and creative expression in the world.

-- How Balancing Throat Chakra will help you --
It’s balance will determine how honest you are, and how well you can express yourself with the people around you. It is through this chakra that we speak our choices and through this, we discover that our choices, no matter how small or unimportant that they may seem, have consequences.

Physical symptoms of a Throat Chakra Imbalance:
Throat lump, laryngitis, sore throat, tonsilitis, teeth problems, thrush, jaw problems (tmj), earaches, ear problems, sinus infections, thyroid problems, athritis in shoulders, sore shoulders or arms, neck problems, stress – may also exhibit an alcohol or drug dependency.

If your throat chakra is in balance you will have no problem expressing yourself in the world! You will be very creative, helpful, and may be good at offering people sound advice when it is asked for. You know what you want out of life and you are not afraid to ask for it, and what you ask for always seems to come to you with no, or little effort on your part! You are not afraid to express your weaknesses and people respect you for this. You are truly free when you can speak your truth.

Sound Therapy: Chanting “HAM” along with this music will begin to balance the throat chakra.

A new Music from Extremely Powerful Chakra Meditation Series. (Almost) Instant Throat Chakra Opening Meditation Music. Containing Pure Tone Frequency Vibrations and Music at 192Hz Root Note

Also known as the 5th, or Throat Chakra, the vishuddha (or vishuddhi) is the centre that governs our speech and creative expression in the world. It’s balance will determine how honest you are, and how well you can express yourself with the people around you. It is through this chakra that we speak our choices and through this, we discover that our choices, no matter how small or unimportant that they may seem, have consequences. It is located at the base of the throat, in the V that is formed in the center of the collarbone.

If your throat chakra is not balanced, you will be unable to express yourself and will often be misinterpreted or misunderstood by others. You will probably be “wishy washy” or considered “flakey” or unreliable by the people in your life. Telling the truth and being honest with yourself is something you probably have a difficult time with, and giving mixed messages is likely something that has gotten you into trouble before. Until you find balance within the throat chakra, your life will remain the same – and nothing will ever work out in the way you would like it to.

Physical symptoms of a Throat Chakra Imbalance:
Throat lump, laryngitis, sore throat, tonsilitis, teeth problems, thrush, jaw problems (tmj), earaches, ear problems, sinus infections, thyroid problems, athritis in shoulders, sore shoulders or arms, neck problems, stress – may also exhibit an alcohol or drug dependency.

Part of the new "Misty Mountain" Chakra series featuring extended 15 minute Chakra meditations to activate, tune and balance your Chakras. The imagery in this is spectacular and extremely powerful! The soundtrack is "Vishuddha / Throat Chakra" (blue) by Taos Winds extended version and is by far the most powerful frequencies and vibrations to date.

The audio frequencies and colors in this video are for meditating and tuning the Vishuddha or the Throat Chakra (blue or turquoise).

This Throat Chakra is located on the spine in the throat area. It is associated with our ability to communicate, our creativity, right brain activities, speech and hearing. Physically linked to the throat, vocal cords, mouth, teeth, esophagus, thyroid glands and the respiratory system. When unbalanced, it will cause communication problems, the inability to express our feelings and ideas.

Vishuddha may be understood as relating to communication and growth through expression. This chakra is paralleled to the thyroid, a gland that is also in the throat and which produces thyroid hormone, responsible for growth and maturation. Physically, Vishuddha governs communication, emotionally it governs independence, mentally it governs fluent thought, and spiritually, it governs a sense of security.

$Chakra Meditation Balancing & Healing Music | THROAT CHAKRA | vishuddha ★★★★★ KNOW ABOUT THROAT CHAKRA, THIS TRACK AND MEDITATION TECHNIQUE ✜ Throat Chakra or Vishuddha Meditation Balancing and Healing Music features Music with Solfeggio frequencies 384Hz, 741Hz and other Harmonics. ✜ Music composition is based on the associated Indian Classical Raaga for Throat Chakra - Desh ✜ ABOUT THROAT CHAKRA(Vishuddha) VISHUDDHA or Vishuddhi, or throat chakra is the fifth primary chakra or energy center. Vishuddha is positioned at the throat region, near the spine, with its superficial activation point in the pit of the throat. Due to its position, it is known as the throat Chakra. The Bija Mantra or seed mantra is the syllable हं haṃ Vishuddha chakra is known as the purification center of our body. In its most abstract form, it is associated with higher discrimination and is associated with creativity and self-expression. It is believed that when Vishuddha is closed, we undergo decay and death. When it is open, negative experiences are transformed into wisdom and learning. The success and failure in one's life depend upon the state of this chakra whether it is balanced and open or unbalanced/closed. The feeling of being guilty is the most prominent reason for this chakra to block the Kundalini energy moving upwards. It is associated with the element Akasha, or Ether, and the sense of hearing, as well as the action of speaking. ✜ HOW TO MEDITATE FOR THROAT CHAKRA HEALING? ➻ Sit comfortably in your normal posture, you can also sit on a chair. Key idea is to keep your back straight and not to slouch. ➻ Close your Eyes and Breathe Slowly but naturally. Take your attention inwards, to do this, concentrate on your breathe, on the air as you breathe in and out. And as you start getting more relaxed. This is a wonderful way to silence the mind, and develop more focus. ➻ Now visualize an Blue sphere, a energy sphere at the pit of your your throat. As you breathe in the sphere becomes larger - full of pure blue fresh air and energy, pure and soothing and as you breathe out, this calm soothing pure blue energy radiates outwards via your spine to entire body. Purifying every cell your body. Silently in your mind keep these affirmations and as you breathe in, silently speak to yourself I speak with purity in my heart and soul I speak love I am gentle with my words ➻ As you will become more relaxed and your focus becomes more strong, you will feel the vibrations of the frequency in the music simulating the chakra. It may take 5-15 mins ➻ As the energy moves upward through the spine and spreads to the rest of your body, you may feel tingling sensations in your body ➻ Minimum Recommended time : 21Mins. ★★★★★ ✜ JOIN THE MEDITATIVE MIND SANGHA We invite you to join us in our meditation movement and become part of Meditative Mind Sangha by subscribing to our channel. http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=TheMeditativeMind We are celebrating Chakra Meditation Month.
