It is the center, the area where physical and spiritual meet. Our Heart Chakra stands for the ability to give and receive Love and forgiveness. It is the center of hope, trust, compassion and inspiration.  When there’s a blockage of our Anahata, we may experience difficulties in relating with others, such as excessive jealousy, codependency, or being closed down, withdrawn. It is therefore vital to open our Heart Chakra to restore balance and let Love, joy, compassion, beauty and harmony flow into us and with us to the world surrounding us. When our Heart Chakra is open and healed, we may feel being deeply connected with the harmonious exchange of energy with all that is in and around us.
