Mardy and Jeff learned this sequence from Emmy Cleaves, Bikram and Rajashree Choudhury, and many other teachers and practitioners all over the world. Participating in yoga asana championships since 2003 and attending many Advanced Series seminars over the years, the couple has grown in their practice and offer what they can in this video series.
