DESCRIPTION:You are invited to vend at a special open-air arts market that takes place on First Friday in the heart of Roosevelt Row!\nLocated in and around the courtyard of the Roosevelt Row Apartments on the north side of Roosevelt Street between 4th and 5th Streets.\nThis is a Family Friendly Event. No 18+ Products are allowed\nWe reserve the right to remove any vendors for any reason at any time.\nRefunds: No refunds or credits for cancellations within 72 hours of the event.\nPlease note this is is a rain or shine event.\nAbsolutely no Multi-Level Marketing or Services/Promotions are allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS.\nPay very close attention to the ticket you purchase. Your registration and location is color coded so please study the map carefully when purchasing as well as when you come to ser up. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, but are not guaranteed.\nDo not claim a space until you are assigned by the organizer.\nCertain spaces are reserved for volunteer vendors. This is the green zone.\nSpaces are assigned at the discretion of the organizer.\nEVENING MARKET:\nLOAD IN TIME IS 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. If you do not arrive by 5:30 PM you stand to forfeit your spot and/or will be assigned what is available.\nElectricity will NOT be provided for booths. You will need to provide your own power supply and lights for your lighting. Feel free to get as funky as you want with your lights as long as it does not affect your neighbors lighting set up. (If you need really bright lights, consider side walls for your canopy) ABSOLUTELY NO GAS GENERATORS TO POWER LIGHTS.\nHave a copy of your specific ticket on hand for correct placement.\nVendors must be ready to sell by 5:45 PM.\nYou may begin packing up no earlier than 10:45 pm and must be off the property by midnight.\nCENTRAL ARTS MARKET VENDORS MAY LOAD IN ON ROOSEVELT STREET IN A DESIGNATED LOADING AREA IN FRONT OF THE COURTYARD BEFORE 5PM.\nALL VENDORS WHO ARRIVE AFTER 5:00 PM MUST LOAD IN FROM 5TH STREET LOCATED TO THE EAST OF THE MARKET. AFTER 5PM, NO CARS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE MARKET OR ON ROOSEVELT STREET FOR LOADING OR UNLOADING FOR ANY REASON.\nPlease do not block the right of way with your vehicle during set-up times. Unload your gear first and then find parking. DO NOT SET UP YOUR BOOTH WHILE YOUR CAR IS PARKED IN THE LOADING AREA. Unload your stuff on the sidewalk and once your car is no longer in the loading area you will be assigned your spot. Similarly, we ask that you pack up your booth before bringing your car to load your gear. This greatly reduces the time needed for set-up and break down, ensuring a better day for everyone!\nSpace is limited. Please do not attempt to set up unless you have reserved a spot through this listing.\nThere are restrooms available in the adjacent businesses located around the area.\nThis market is self-guided and run by fellow vendors who are more than happy to guide you to your space and answer any questions you might have.\nWe hope to see you there!\n\n\n
